Jeff has over 15 years experience as a general contractor, real estate developer, and contracting services manager. Most recently, Jeff worked with Commonwealth Enterprises, a family-owned company building condominiums and apartment buildings on the westside of the Los Angele region. In 1997, Jeff founded EV Rental Cars after an aerial view of the Los Angeles region convinced him that air quality issues must be addressed by this generation, so that we may pass on a clean living environment to our children. Since then, Jeff has worked tirelessly to bring this concept to fruition and has developed the key skills and business arrangements required to manage a rental car company.

Jim is the lead person to prepare each market area prior to launch. He works with the local government, utilities, airport and others to structure the incentives necessary to open each site. He is also responsible for managing compliance with government grants, including maintaining contacts with the contract monitors at the various public agencies and completing all required reports for the agencies. Most recently, Jim was Executive Vice-President and Assistant Secretary of the Masorti Foundation for Conservative Judaism in Israel, a position that he held since 1994. He served as the chief professional officer of the Masorti Foundation, responsible for all professional operations of the national organization. Jim has also served as Director of Major Gifts of the United Jewish Appeal Federation of Greater Washington and as Director of Development for the Jewish Social Service Agency of Greater Washington. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he is an alumnus of the University of Michigan where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the undergraduate school in 1978 and a Juris Doctor from its Law School in 1982. He practiced law in New York prior to coming to Washington, D.C. Jim is married and the father of three children.

Larry's role as Finance Director includes compiling and analyzing company financial data for the preparation of financial reports. Larry graduated from the University of Michigan business School and is a certified public accountant licensed in Michigan. His experience includes over 15 years in real estate development and construction. Most recently, Larry was President of Commonwealth Enterprises, Inc., a company that built single-family homes, condominiums and apartments in Los Angeles.

Paul oversees the company's daily operations. He is the point person to handle all of the operational functions on a day to day basis. Paul has over 30 years of experience managing corporate, franchise and independent car rental operations primarily in the Western United States. He has served in a number of capacities including Zone and Regional Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He has spearheaded numerous acquisitions of rental car businesses as consolidation strategies were executed by the firms with whom he was employed. Paul spent 13 years with the Hertz Corporation managing various locations including Dallas, New Orleans, and Los Angeles Airport, ultimately becoming responsible for all Southern California Pool operations at Hertz. As the Bay Area Manager for Budget, he oversaw Western Corporate Operations. During this period, he assisted in the successful acquisition of Reno, Monterey, Sacramento, Fresno, and a number of local market locations. As COO for Budget of Southern California, he controlled Budget's largest franchise operation for a six year period. After the successful sale of this franchise, Paul owned and operated a structural steel fabrication and erection business in the San Francisco Bay Area which he subsequently sold. Later, as Western Regional Vice President for DTAG, Paul again was involved in operations and in the acquisitions of San Diego, California, Orange County, California, Denver, Colorado, and Phoenix, Arizona. He reopened the Ontario, California Airport Operation and tripled the overall California fleet for DTAG during his tenure. Most recently, he worked with the ANC Rental Corporation as General Manager for the Southern California Area. Paul is a member of the American Car Rental Association, has completed the "internal" MBA training program with Hertz, and is a Zenger Miller Course graduate. He is also a Vietnam Era Veteran.
